Access/Accuracy – To the extent that you do provide us with Personal Information, Maxi Mist wishes to maintain accurate Personal Information. Where we collect Personal Information from you on the web, our goal is to provide a means of contacting Maxi Mist should you need to update or correct that Information. Children’s Privacy – www.maximist.co is not structured to attract children. Accordingly, we do not intend to collect Personal Information from anyone we know to be under 13 years of age.
Orders and Shipping –
Shipping Estimates: Currier service rates are based on item count, sizes, weights, delivery location and shipping options selected. Rates are based on Carrier Service rates, which can change daily. Shipping fees are non refundable, non negotiable. Delivery estimates are “estimates” they are not guarantees. Delays can occur, within the shipping system, and we are not responsible for these delays. Please plan accordingly.
Delivery Date range is based on delivery location, and day count if business days only, Holidays and weekends do not count as shipping days. Not all shipping options are available for every location.
USA address locations: Shipping cutoff time for Express order is 9:00 AM EST, all other orders must be received by 12:00 PM (noon) EST for possible dispatch on that day. Please add one business day to all delivery estimate time-frames to account for Carrier Service Pick-up which is not counted as a “shipping” day. We do not guarantee all orders will ship on the day they are placed. We try to process and ship all orders in 1-2 business days after reception, however, order volume levels, time of year, weather and other events can cause unforeseen delays. Shipping refunds are not available for items delayed, because they did not ship out as expected.
UK delivery address locations: orders received before 3pm (Mon-Friday) are dispatched form our sister UK facility when possible (based on stock availability) shipped via Interlink express Parcel couriers, using their ‘Next Working Day’ delivery service. Please allow an extra business day or two to dispatch the order to the alternate shipping location.
International shipping is available: please see rates and options during the checkout process, after items have been entered into your cart. You must enter delivery address information. International orders require additional paperwork, which can delay shipping for a few days.
Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders, please check spam folders if you do not receive this within 48 hrs. They are automatically generated and e-mailed for every order. Shipping carriers take 24-48 hours or more to update their websites. Please allow time for updates to be processed.
Can I change my order once it’s been placed?
Unfortunately, we’re not able to make changes to your order once it has been placed. Orders ship very quickly after placement. We cannot stop, edit or cancel orders after they have been placed, as they are immediately dispatched to the fulfillment center, and moved over into processing.
Can I change my shipping address once my order has been placed?
We are not able to make changes to your shipping address once your order has been placed. Please make sure all information has been correctly entered before order completion.
Can I cancel my order?
Once your order is processed, it is not able to be cancelled.
I have not received my ORDER confirmation, what should I do?
Automatic order confirmations are sent as soon as your order is placed from Maximist.co. Please check your Spam or Junk Mail Box and if you’re unable to find your order confirmation, please email us at email@example.com for assistance. Please note ORDER CONFIRMATION in the Subject line of your email.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the Continental 48 United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico via UPS or USPS Postal. For International shipping, items ship USPS or USPS International Priority mail options.
My package says it was delivered but I didn’t receive it.
We recommend you look around your front porch, lobby and ask other household members if they have checked the item in. Please check with and your neighbors in case items was given to them in error. If your package is still not found, please contact the carrier who delivered your package. We are not liable for parcels left on your porch, and/or front door, lobby or missed deliveries.
I entered the wrong shipping address, what do I do?
We are unable to make changes to your order once they process to our warehouse and this process happens very quickly. If you have provided an incomplete or incorrect shipping address and your order has been processed and can’t be changed, please contact the carrier to alert them to the issue. In the case of the post office we recommend you contact your local postal location directly, as well as visiting https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm
How long will my order take to get to me?
The packing and processing time for orders is 1-2 business days. Delivery time within the United States is 2-10 business days, depending on delivery location. Please keep in mind that during holidays this time may vary.
I did not receive a tracking number, help!
Your tracking number will generate after your order ships. It is automatically sent to the email address used in your account. Please check your Spam or Junk folder for this information. If you need further assistance on tracking information, we ask that you please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org – please put TRACKING in the Subject line.
I received my tracking number, but it doesn’t look like the package is moving. What do I do?
If your package was shipped via USPS, we have no further information on your package once it’s in the possession of the postal service. Please visit https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm to let the post office know you are missing mail. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What’s your return policy?
Products come with a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. If you’d like to return your product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a RMA # and directions on how to send back your product for a refund. Please put RETURNS and your order # in the subject line. Items cannot be returned without approval from Maximist, and an issued RMA#.
A restock fee may be accessed from 25% to 100%, depending on item returned, return condition, specific situation etc.
Returns and services are approved on a case by case basis. Abuse of the returns or service policy, may prevent returns and or service authorization.
All refunds will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account you paid with. Shipping and Handling are not eligible for a credit or refund.
The shipping cost to return your product is the responsibility of the customer; any returned items that are not received by Maximist will not be issued a refund.
We recommend you send your package via a carrier that can provide proof of postage tracking and insurance for your package.
Please provide a copy of your original invoice in your return, along with your RMA information to process your return.
Items must be received within 14 days of the return creation. No exceptions. Items must be received in new, undamaged, condition.
Non approved returns or Items missing paperwork, receipts or RMA information will not be refunded. No exceptions.
